This is a simple stir-fry dinner.
Start by cooking brown rice according to package directions. (1 park water to 2 parts, cook for 30-40 min.)
While the rice is cooking cube 1/2 a block of extra firm tofu. Fry till brown in a little olive oil, then set aside.
Sautee 1/2 onion and 2-3 cloves of garlic. Add carrots, broccoli, zucchini and celery. Once those have started to turn tender add the bell pepper, sugar snap peas and cabbage.
Once all the vegetables are tender add the fried tofu.
Season with teryaki sauce.
